The weather in Bangkok on Monday was rainy with moderate to heavy showers, temperature ~31°C (88°F) during the day rainfall was approx 15 mm. But it was dry for getting to and during the run.

The restaurant location was easy to get to by taxi, some came by ferry or moto cy.. Some arrived early, KC & Diarrhea ~3:15pm where they found the 3 hares (Hash Hash, Ajarn Kee Mao and Virginia Slim) just about to go out and refresh the previously laid trail. Other attendees sporadically arrived, until eventually we had a total of 17.

The restaurant staff prepared the food as we waited for the start which had, apparently been discovered recently by the hares. The place has been used a few times before.

AKM introduced the trail and sent us on our way. The initial FRBs were Klong Dump, Tall Man who was encouraging his partner Neung constantly to "keep up" followed by Diarrhea. The Nigerian caught up from his late arrival, loping along, overtaking everyone and leading the rest of us back, followed by Klong Dump, Diarrhea and then Tall Man and Neung.

The trail was a mix of roads, klong paths and green areas, although these were mainly the path to back checks hidden in the greenery. The trail was ~7.3km for most coming in in the dark along the road.

The circle was preceded by nibbles, courtesy of Nibbles. A tasty chicken curry dip and a Cambodian vegetable dip with bread, etc. All washed down with beer, enough for me that details have faded. However I vaguely recall the new boot Neung getting the Prick of the Week, compered by the RA. For some reason the recipient had her large down-down downed by Diarrhea. The hares provided a large meal and drinks for free but asked for a donation for a new sign for the restaurant, I recall over 2000 Baht being raised.

At the meal Tickler had his usual Black Cock to supplement the beer... It's quite nice in moderation but tends to challenge verticality when used to XS.
